Steen Müntzberg

Steen heads the sector that is responsible for coordinating agreement negotiations at DA and represents the interests of players in the field of employment and EU law. In addition to preparing for and coordinating collective agreement negotiations for DA’s members, the area also deals with questions relating to the Danish model in the labour market, flexicurity, matters relating to equality and equal wages, personal data, freedom of expression and whistle-blower schemes, discriminatory treatment, holidays and the negotiation and implementation of various EU directives relating to secondment, working conditions and work-life balance.

Steen is a jurist from the University of Copenhagen and has previously been employed as a national expert in the EU Commission and in the Ministry of Employment.
